Charles L. Basch II
Charles L. Basch II earned his J.D. Degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1999. Mr. Basch soon went into private practice in the field of bankruptcy where he honed his skills with two major law firms before starting his own practice. Mr. Basch believed that in starting his own practice, he could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal issues. In 2004, Mr. Basch founded the Law Office of Charles L. Basch. Since then, Mr. Basch has represented thousands of clients in Federal Bankruptcy Court. The practice of law has given Mr. Basch the opportunity to fully realize his passion for helping people at all levels of litigation and protection.  Mr. Basch has handled over 5,000 bankruptcy cases personally in his career.

Mr. Basch is active in a number of professional organizations including the Consumer Bankruptcy Association, a member of the Federal Bar, Eastern District of Michigan, and a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute.
